Day 3: Upper Body

Day 4: Abs & Cardio

Day 5: Cardio Kickboxing

Get ready to kick and punch yourself through this cardio kickboxing inspired workout. It will have you sweating buckets, burning some serious calories in a challenging and fun way that will leave you feeling like a champ!

Day 6: Full Body HIIT

Get ready for a fun and easy to follow full body HIIT workout. This routine will have you burning fat with an intense total body cardio routine that keeps your heart rate up and your sweat pouring.

Day 7: Stretch & Cool Down

Here is a 15 Min Stretch & Cool Down that focuses on flexibility, mobility, and recovery of sore muscles. This routine is great to do after a workout to prevent injuries and prevent muscle fatigue & soreness.

Day 8: Full Body HIIT

This HIIT workout will have you burning fat in just 30 minutes. It's a fun & sweaty, but most importantly, it's effective!

Day 9: Booty With Band

Time to activate those glutes! Today we have a 30 min high-intensity booty workout. This workout is done with a resistance band to increase the intensity and help engage those butt muscles a little bit more to help them lift and grow.

Day 10: Upper Body

Get ready to feel those upper body muscles burn with this 30 minute weighted workout! This routine is all about toning and strengthening your upper body.

Day 11: Abs & Cardio

Get ready to burn calories and lose belly fat with this abs and cardio workout. This super intense workout focuses on your abs and core muscles mixed in with cardio exercises that will get your heart rate up to burn tons of calories! It’s challenging, but it will be sure to leave you feeling amazing!

Day 12: Cardio Kickboxing
