LOVE IT OR RETURN IT ūüíē

We want you to absolutely adore the items you buy at NOBADADDICTION. This is why we offer returns so that you easily can exchange your items for a different, style, size, or color that suits you better. This applies to all items for store credit provided that: 

  • A return request must be done within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please do your best to try on, handle, and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, and perfume, and have all original tags and sanitary slips attached. Only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.¬†
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.¬†

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  • Send a message to our support chat or contact us¬†here¬†(and click in the "returns" tab when sending your message.¬†You can also send a direct email to support@nobadaddiction.com - please include your order number and title the subject of the email with "return".¬†¬†
  • Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Nobadaddiction will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
  • Ship your parcel back to the address provided with the original shipment. If you've lost the address we will provide it for you once you've reached out to us.¬†We recommend you send the parcel back via trackable mail with taxes pre-paid (if applied) as we are not liable for returns lost in transit or stuck in customs.¬† ¬†
  • Please include the packing slip in your shipment. If you've lost it contact us and we'll send you a new one that you can print out and include in your shipment.¬†
  • Once we've received your return, it will be subject to inspection by our warehouse team. If the items are in acceptable conditions we will proceed to give you store credit in the form of a gift card or code which can be used storewide for an unlimited time. If the return is not accepted based on the requirements stated above, the shipment will be returned to you at your own expense.¬†

Please note: Because we are a sustainable brand and don't operate within the same margins as other "fast fashion brands" that you might be used to shop at. We can't offer refunds. But WE DO OFFER returns/exchanges. As we only work with recycled and sustainable fabrics and produce under ethical conditions our costs for production are very high. If we were to offer refunds our sustainable business model wouldn't work and we'd go out of business. We hope for your understanding and help for a more sustainable future. 

IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM

  • Send a message to our support chat or contact us¬†here¬†(and click in the "faulty items" tab when sending your message.¬†You can also send a direct email to support@nobadaddiction.com - please include your order number and title the subject of the email with "faulty item".¬†**Have your order number and an image of the fault available.**¬†
  • The claim has to be done within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
  • If the item is deemed faulty it will be replaced with store credit in the form of a gift card that can be used storewide! Nobadaddiction will cover the costs of shipping for the new item.¬†¬†
  • Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced.

CANCELLATIONS

We have a very quick order fulfillment and shipping process. Orders are sent to fulfillment instantly after being placed and are often shipped out within 24hours. 

For this reason, we can only offer cancellations at a 25USD fee to cover fulfillment costs. This has to be done within 12 hours of the order being placed. If the item has already been shipped out we can no longer offer cancellations. And must refer to our return policy above.
