Yes, we offer FREE express shipping on all orders above $250USD (after discounts).
Our express international shipping via DHL or FedEx usually takes 2-5 business days after processing. Most of our orders are processed the same day or within 24h. Delivery estimation and further details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

Our carriers of choice are DHL and FedEx. We always send our shipments with express shipping for fast and safe delivery. Depending on your location there might be limitations to the carriers available and we might need to opt for local alternatives in your Country/Region. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We offer express shipping to all countries. Our shipping fees start from 12USD. Once you have entered your delivery address you will be able to see the delivery options and costs available for your country. You can find more detailed information about our shipping fees here.

Our orders are shipped either from our EU warehouse in Riga, Latvia, or our warehouse in the US, Charlotte, NC. Depending on your location and item stock availability our software will optimize to ship your items from the warehouse that will result in the fastest delivery time.
Yes, we ship world wide with express shipping using DHL or FedEx.
Depending on your country/location, your package may be delivered directly to your doorstep, or chosen delivery address, or the closest pick-up point.
We work with DHL and FedEx and if you are not at home when they try to deliver your parcel, they will try again the following business day.
The carrier will notify you when the shipment has arrived and try to schedule a time for the drop-of.
If they are unable to deliver or get a hold of you to schedule a time for delivery they will leave the package at a pick-up point where it will be held for a maximum of 14 days before being sent back to us.
**Please note that import taxes might need to be paid for international shipments to the carrier before they can deliver the package. We also recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link to follow the status of your order and estimated time for delivery.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments.
Should you return an item purchased from us for store credit, you will only be credited for the price of the products.
Once the package arrives at your local shipping station, DHL or FedEx will contact you via text or e-mail to inform you of your shipping schedule. In most cases, this is the next business day. If you are not available you can reschedule a time with the carrier.
Failure to reply to the carrier's numerous notifications will signal that you allow the package to be delivered at the said time and date.
In these cases, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items once there is a delivery or attempted delivery. Furthermore, the customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our warehouse and marked as unclaimed or undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address.
When your package is sent from one of our warehouses in the US or Europe you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Don't forget to have a look in your spam folder as emails might sometimes end up there.
If you for some reason have lost your confirmation email you can track your shipment by typing in your order number and email in our live chat to receive information about your tracking link.
If you haven't received an order confirmation it might be because your order is still processing, your card was declined or the confirmation email simply got into your "trash/spams" folder.
If you haven't received an order confirmation within 24h please contact our support and we'll help you look into the situation.

You should receive your order confirmation within 24 hours after placing your order to the email that you used during checkout.
Sometimes the confirmation email ends up in the spams/trash folder, so don't forget to double-check there.
If we've received payment, rest assured your order will be fulfilled. Verify with your preferred payment method that your payment has gone through before contacting us.
If your payment has gone through and there have been more than 24 hours and you still haven't received a confirmation email please contact us and we will look into and resolve the situation.
Orders can be sent back to us for various reasons and we always need to investigate the reason why your package has been returned. We, therefore, ask you to please contact us so that we can help you in the best possible way.
If a parcel has been returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, please note that a 25USD fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that all products shipped across international borders may be subject to import and handling fees, as well as any duties and/or taxes imposed by the importing country.The value varies widely from country to country and it also depends on the total amount of your order and your country's import laws and regulations.
Handling and brokerage fees may also apply depending on the country of delivery. All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in the US and Europe. Shipping origin might vary between the warehouses depending on stock availability.
Orders to EU, EEA, EFTA (except Switzerland and Norway), and Schengen countries are duty-free.Please note that a return fee of $25 will be deducted from your payment if you choose to decline your delivery once the freight company tries to deliver it.
No Bad Addiction has no control over these charges and we are unable to tell you how much the costs will be as. If you have any further questions you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding charges.
Although the United Kingdom has left the EU, the import duties have not yet changed. This will change by the end of 2020 once the transition period is over and the UK and EU have reached and negotiated additional arrangements. New rules will take effect on 1 January 2021 regarding taxes and import duties to and from the UK.
We know how important your order is! This is the very reason why No Bad Addiction provides complete tracking information. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
Our customer service is always here to provide assistance in the rare case that this happens. However, No Bad Addiction is not responsible for packages whose signature requirement was released. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed through the order tracker.
If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. You can contact us and we'll provide you with the necessary information to try and find a resolution to the issue.

Specific styles may run smaller or larger than normal, and this is indicated in the individual product pages under the description.
Furthermore, the measurements in our size guide are estimates and we cannot guarantee they'll fit perfectly. If you want better sizing suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact us with your measurements and/or a picture so we can give you more accurate sizing recommendations.

Of course. We want you to love your items and ensuring a good fit is a must for us. As long as you comply with our return policy requirements, which can be found here, we'll gladly process your return and issue you store credit so that you can order the correct size or different style that will suit you better.

We do offer FREE returns for all customers. The customer will be responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes. We reserve the right to refuse a return that has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to us.
We do not offer cash refunds. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The store credit does not expire and may be used to purchase any item from our store.
We understand that getting the right swimwear/activewear fit can be tricky, but unfortunately, due to the costs of handling and processing returns, we cannot issue cash/credit card refunds for returns. That said, we do want you to get your order right the first time, so if you have any questions about our products or sizing, feel free to contact us.
Note: We will issue store credit only for the value of the items returned. Shipping is non-refundable.
Yes, we offer size exchanges. You may return your item(s) for store credit and use this to repurchase your desired size, style, or color.
Once we've received your shipment to the warehouse and our staff has checked that the items are in good enough conditions for us to accept the return you'll receive your store credit refund within two working days.
No, you can keep the items that you like and return the ones you don't like for another style, size, or color.
You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
For international returns shipping can take up to 30 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. We will process your return 3-5 business days after we receive it.
Note: Make sure to keep a copy of your shipping receipt. Should there be any issues with the shipment of your return, this will serve as your proof of shipment.
All of our styles are inspected before being shipped to ensure that only the highest quality product is sent to you. In the unlikely event that you received a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include images showing the faulty/damaged product. We are not liable for any damages caused by mishandling, and normal wear and tear.
